JMSTimeoutproblems

Hi Architects,

We are facing a lot of JMSTimeout Exceptions in our Project.We are running the testcases through testsuite in commandprompt through ant build.
we are using tibcodesigner,tibco collaborator  inour project.We are working as offshore and onsite.we connect extranet and there we will work all these things
But in these days we are facing a lot of extranet problems ,but all these problems it won't cause extranet according to my view.We tried to increase
the timeout value of jms but useless.can any one have any idea to overcome the jmstimeout problems.At the time of running the ant build we are giving the
xmfile as input .This input xml file consists of step wise details of my project  related to that "activation" or "deactivaton" flows .some times we are
getting the jmstimeout exception at 5thstep some times it is getting at 8th or 12th or some numbers.Can we have to modify  any ant build settings.
